The objective of the Citizen Information Service (Serviço de Informações ao Cidadão – SIC), established by the Federal Law No. 12.527 as of 11/18/2011 and regulated by the State Decree No. 58.052 as of 05/16//2012, is to provide citizens, both individuals and corporations, with access to public data, information or documents produced and/or held in custody by the Company.
