Ombudsman

DERSA’s Ombusdman is a permanent communication channel between citizens and the Company. The right to freedom of expression, impartiality and confidentiality are preserved and respected. The channel receives manifestations, complaints, suggestions and additional comments to improve the Company’s services on a continuous basis. The channel’s activities are established in the State Decree No. 60.399/2014.
