Managed by DERSA from May 1989 to October 2007, the Port of São Sebastião is 200 kilometers away from the city of São Paulo, in the world’s third largest dock region, a route for the import and export of products and freights.

Under DERSA’s management, the parking and the load storage areas were restored and, in September 2004, two external mooring dolphins for smaller vessels were built.

At the time, the Company also designed an executive project to expand both the port - with the construction of a new access bridge in “L”, structured to receive two additional mooring dolphins for vessels - and the freight draught from 8.5 meters to 14 meters.

Today, the Port of São Sebastião is managed by Companhia Docas de São Sebastião.
